Our first 2 1/2-week-old!

Okay, so she's not "our" 2.5-week-old, but she's the youngest we've photographed besides our son. Riley was born about 3 weeks early. She was so little, weighing in at just about 6 lbs. if I remember correctly, but such a trouper...here are my favorites...

Ellen and Kyle's Engagement Session

When we first discussed their engagement session, Ellen asked me about doing something with water. We brainstormed a few ideas and took some time to think about it...Brian and I had actually been discussing going to the Hocking Hills for a night or two, which has been a tradition since we first started dating. But with a new baby, it didn't seem likely for this year! However, we decided to plan the trip and asked Ellen and Kyle if they would want to meet us out there for their engagement session. They loved the idea and late last week they met us at our cabin before we headed out to Old Man's Cave. We were quickly losing light since it was towards the end of a cloudy day, but the pictures turned out amazing...as always, here are just a few of our favorites...!

Kristen & Derek's Wedding

We finished up the month of May with Kristen and Derek's wedding at Central Presbyterian Church, which is across the street from their reception at Hyatt on Capitol Square. Here are just a few of our favorites...

Kristen & Derek's Rehearsal Dinner

This past Friday we were invited to photograph Kristen and Derek's rehearsal dinner at the Athletic Club of Columbus. They had plotted a surprise for their guests that only their parents knew about previously--following some toasts and gift-giving, they secretly changed into vintage bowling shirts and returned to their guests to announce that they had rented out the old-school bowling alley in the basement for the remainder of the evening!
