Liz and John

Liz and John's wedding was at Highbanks Metro Park, and thankfully it was a gorgeous day for an outdoor wedding. As I mentioned before, this was quite the opposite from Saturday's wedding, complete with silly string instead of bubbles, not to mention a cornhole tournament!

Kim and Chad

This past weekend was a double-header for Grogan Studios, with weddings on both Saturday and Sunday. They were quite the opposites in every which way, as you will see! Saturday was a traditional style wedding with Kim and Chad getting married at St. Brendan's in Hilliard and the reception followed at St. Charles Prep School...here are a few...we felt very lucky with a very beautiful weekend!

Alice and Rory

The third time was a charm for Alice and Rory's engagement session this past Friday.  We'd attempted to schedule the session twice before, only to cancel due to rain and the impending windstorm!  But thankfully Friday turned out to be a beautiful evening at Easton Town Center, Alice and Rory's location of choice...

Ellie's Birthday Party

I had the pleasure of shooting Ellie's 1st Birthday party this past Sunday. Luckily it ended just before the big windstorm...Ellie's mom is the owner of Emilie Duncan Event Planning so of course this was one classy birthday party!

On a side note...we did get our power back at the office finally (although still nothing at home) so everything is back to normal now!

Hurricane Ike

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are without power at home and at the office, so any orders or current photo shoots are going to take a bit longer than normal to process! I am able to check my email over at my parents' house because they have power, but please feel free to call the office phone (I have it with me) or my cell phone if you need assistance.

Hopefully things will be back to normal soon! In the meantime, I appreciate your patience as we wait for the electricity to be restored.

Emily and Bryan

Emily and Bryan were married last weekend at St. John's Evangelical Protestant Church in downtown Columbus and the reception followed at the Westin Great Southern Hotel. Emily grew up down the street from me and we have known each other probably since we were 10 or so, so this wedding was especially fun to shoot!
